Order Tracking via the Website
If you placed your order online, the quickest and easiest way to check your order is by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If the item is showing as active this means that we are currently dealing with your order, and you will be informed by email of any delays within 3 working days. If the item is showing as dispatched, you should expect to receive this within 3 working days. Please allow for this busy time of year.
If you placed your order over the telephone, then you can track your order by calling us - see below.
Order Tracking via Email
When you place an order on the website, we will always send you an order confirmation. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you within 3 working days. If you wish to track the progress of your order, you can send us an email to email@example.com. We attempt to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
Important: If you have AOL, Yahoo!, BT Internet or Hotmail Email please check your "Bulk Folder" or "Junk Mail" Folders as some emails may be placed into this folder by your email software. To avoid this problem, contact your email provider on how to add us to your "Contact List"
Order Tracking via Telephone
Please allow 3 working days before tracking your order by phone. For example, if you order on Friday, please allow till the following Wednesday. This allows us the time to process your order. We will email or call you if there are any problems with your order within 3 working days. Our order tracking line is 01942 707646 which is open Monday to Saturday. Please see opening times below.
