The LOOK 585 family took two years to develop and it sure has paid off. Currently being used on the pro tour by Credit Agricole, and used by Thor Hushovd to win the green jersey in the Tour de France. Every part of the 585 goes through a hand made process and is tested for strength and stiffness. And now we have the beautiful "elle" model sure to be a winner.
Progressive Sloping Geometry “Evolusize” Geometry: A steeper slope is used for smaller frame sizes and is decreased proportionally with the frame size.
Carbon Lug Technology: LOOK has developed a new concept, forged carbon where the lug is moulded using Very High Pressure Carbon (VHPC). This is lightweight and improves lateral rigidity by some 25% compared with aluminium lugs, giving a weight saving of 50%
Double Curve: The wishbone is curved twice giving great lateral strength whilst maintaining some vertical flexibility for comfort.
LOOK Patented Integral Headset: Includes two interchangeable bearing surfaces inside the head tube.
LOOK HSC5 SL Forks: 100% single piece monobloc carbon with directly moulded carbon dropouts. 295g
