Track-specific frame made from aluminium which offers an affordable route to riding a Cervelo on the track Features a TrueAero tube set with lower aerodynamic resistance, designed for the lowest drag at bicycle speeds.
Lower resistance means you need to generate fewer Watts for the same speed
SmartWall cross section tubes for increased stiffness without added weight; SmartWall moves material from the top and bottom to the sides of the aero tubes to make them laterally stiffer
A laterally stiffer frame means more efficient power transfer from pedal to rear wheel, and more predictable handling
Double-pass smooth welding, a method developed by Cervelo, requiring no filing or sanding, creates the strongest possible joints for extreme durability
Horizontal dropouts provide a stiff platform for getting the power down, and adjusting the rear wheel closer in to the seat tube cut-out
Track adjusted geometry for stability and control, with a 50 mm bottom bracket drop
Supplied with a Cervelo DB Aero fork, a single-position aero seatpost and headset
