The Croix de Fer uses Reynolds 725 heat-treated Cr-Mo tubes so that Genesis have reduced wall thicknesses without loss of durability, giving the frame a more springy and comfortable feel over rougher paths, with slimmed down the seat stays to enhance comfort further.
